Field Services Manager Europe
Responsibilities
- Continuously develop the structure for and Lead the SSS Field Service Setup Europe to meet and exceed Annual Operating and Strategic targets
- Lead the development and implementation of a European (and Global aligned) service strategy and structure supporting the regional requirements for SSS Field Service Setup Europe
- Drive and align cross-selling of other CSS / FFL products and services (e.g. packing and gaskets and shut down related services of the CSS / ES Segment)
- Continuous cost and process optimization (OTD, availability, replenishment time, quality, innovation, risk + complaint management)
- Quote for service jobs (Oversee-Track-Manage Quote performance)
- Planning/Logistics regarding resources-parts-products-tools and travel needed for the individual service-jobs
- Ensuring all needed HSE regulations and customer specific HSE requirements and documentation are fulfilled
- Manage / keep updated certification requirements of the field service staff Europe
- Invoicing and post-calculation of the individual service-jobs to ensure meeting profitability goals
- Documentation and storage of data to document the job done
- Coaching/Guidance/Training of field service people + other relevant staff within FFL organization

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience within field service in process and power industry plants
- Ideally 5 years of experience in operations / manufacturing
- Ideally minimum 3 years of leadership, preferably of international teams in a global acting company
- Ideally 5 years of expansion joint experience, technical experience in Static Sealing Solutions, namely Expansion Joints and/or piping equipment experience
- Ideally knowledge of product related inspection and service execution
- Deep experience about service in process and power industry plants
- Deep experience in operational and supply processes
- Preferred to have experience with change implementation and setting up and leading international organization, strong leadership skills, who can act well in matrix organizations
- Know-how in understanding technical requirements
- Well organized
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills, strong verbal and writing skills, strong in customer communication
- Team Player
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP
- Availability to work flexible hours and readiness to travel internationally as per demand to build up and run the Field service Europe
