How You Will Energise Our Team 🤝
As a Field Services Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and optimising our field disconnection activities. You’ll ensure field agents are deployed efficiently, appointments are managed effectively, and work is completed within agreed service levels, while maintaining strong customer outcomes and compliance standards.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:
- Planning and allocating daily workloads to field disconnection agents, managing appointments and route planning to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Monitoring field activity throughout the day, making real-time adjustments and prioritising urgent, priority, and escalated cases where required.
- Liaising with field operatives, internal teams, and third-party partners to coordinate disconnection and reconnection activities within agreed service levels.
- Maintaining accurate records across relevant systems and databases, while producing operational reports and monitoring performance against key business targets.
- Investigating and resolving scheduling issues, operational bottlenecks, and resource challenges to keep field activity running smoothly.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across Collections, Customer Service, Metering and Billing, ensuring activities are completed in line with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting a positive company culture and taking on any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.

The Spark We're Looking For 🔍
- Experience in scheduling, planning, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with colleagues and external partners.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while remaining organised and adaptable.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive approach to teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
