Full Time role (38hrs per week)
We are a progressive Australian owned company representing an extensive portfolio of Australian and global market leading brands within the FMCG Industry. Our company is experiencing strong and continuous growth across the grocery and hardware channels. We are seeking a passionate, ambitious and results orientated team member to join our grocery Victorian sales team. You will lead a team of Brand Activators in the North / East suburbs of Melbourne to drive results and growth.
We are looking for an experienced supervisor who enjoys undertaking a variety of engaging tasks. You will be highly motivated, results orientated and committed to customer service. Recruiting and developing Brand Activators for your team will drive you to spend time in the field to coach and mentor so you can have an impact on results.

This is a full-time position leading a sizable team of direct reports in metro and regional locations. Occasional travel for quarterly regional visits will be required.

We are seeking a team member with the following attributes:
- Ability to lead, manage & motivate a team of Brand Activators
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Retail experience highly regarded but not necessary
- An effective time manager who can multi task and think on your feet
- A focus on cost control and meeting revenue targets
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Drive, energy, enthusiasm and a positive approach with a can-do attitude
