Field Support Coordinator

Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working Available)

We are now looking for a highly organized and service minded Field Support Coordinator to join our team in our new London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing administrative support, coordinating project documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Delivery Operations Admin Team Lead, you will be part of a local team supporting both internal stakeholders and customers in project administrative tasks, working closely with Project Managers, Sales and Technical Support teams.

What You'll Do

  • Support project teams with administrative and coordination activities
  • Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and change orders
  • Upload, download, and distribute project documents and drawings through customer portals and internal systems
  • Maintain project files, design registers, and online questionnaires
  • Support sales and operations teams with customer service and administrative processes
  • Assist with project documentation and operational administrative process duties, including user manuals, elevator parts and product upgrade details
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and environmental health and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business and provide cover for similar support roles when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or customer support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and document management systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
