🚨 URGENT HIRING | FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER | DERBY, UK
Immediate Joiners Only | UK Citizens Only | 5 Days Onsite – No Compromise
We are urgently looking for an experienced Field Support / IT Support professional for a long-term onsite opportunity in Derby, UK.
📍 Location: Derby, UK
🏢 Work Model: 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
💷 Maximum Salary: £34,000 per annum
🇬🇧 Eligibility: UK Citizens Only
⚡ Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
🔹 Key Requirements
- Proven experience in onsite Field Support / IT Support
- Previous experience working in a fully onsite environment is mandatory
- Must be able to work 5 days onsite in Derby
- Candidates already based in Derby or nearby locations preferred
- Daily commute should ideally be within 30 minutes of the Derby site
- Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Willingness to provide required knowledge transfer and handover
- Strong interest in a long-term assignment

🔹 Candidate Screening Criteria
- UK Citizen with full right to work
- Immediate availability
- Derby-based / nearby or willing to relocate
- Maximum ~30-minute sustainable daily commute
- Comfortable with 5 days onsite, 8 AM–4 PM
- Salary expectation £34K or below
- Previous onsite Field Support experience
- Able to commit to long-term support
- No planned extended leave for at least the first 6 months
- Willing to follow the standard Employer leave plan
- Successful completion of the Client Final Interview
