Field Support Merchandiser – Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £27,840 + Company Van which can be used for personal use, Fuel card provided with claimable rate in line with pump costs. Tax-free expense allowance: £520pa in addition to salary. Permanent Contract. 40 hours per week / average 40 hours over 13 week period.
McCormick is currently looking for a full-time Field Support Merchandiser to cover the Cardiff/South Wales area. Working 40 hours each week Monday – Friday. This role allows for some flexibility especially with start time. No Sunday work scheduled, only required at Christmas where double time is paid. Bank Holiday working required at time and a half rate.
Staying away from home from time to time is a requirement of this role. Hotel stays are covered by the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage store contact relationships within the major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons.
- Use technologies and data to drive opportunities in stores, including additional secondary display. The relationship between merchandiser and store is critical within this operation.
- Collect and deliver our Schwartz branded stock to stores to a journey plan each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
- Taking full responsibility for maintaining store records including inventory.
- Support when required other brands in the McCormick family.

Requirements:
- Have the right to work in the UK and a UK bank account, as well as a full UK driving license
