Duties:
- Provide on-site technical support through knowledge of best practices that ensures the fast, easy, and safe assembly of PERI’s formwork, shoring, and scaffolding projects.
- Maximize resource utilization through effective project pipeline scheduling and management.
- Assist in training PERI employees on the use and assembly of PERI products.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding potential problems with PERI equipment.
- Accurately and consistently identify problems related to PERI equipment and their cause and develop action plans for immediate and appropriate resolutions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Field Support team to identify business risks and opportunities, and to achieve team-specific goals to improve efficiency and expand knowledge and experience.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement best practices to ensure profitability and accurate timelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Comply with safety regulations and policies, consulting and working with site construction teams to ensure all safety practices involving PERI products are followed and providing notification to the customer about noncompliance.
- Domestic travel up to 50% of the time for client visits for customer support.
- Work from home permissible on Monday and Friday within normal commuting distance of the Mansfield office.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the concrete formwork industry, including:
- 10 years of experience applying construction standards and safety requirements.
- 5 years of experience in field use of concrete formwork products and solutions.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- 5 years of experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- 5 years of experience in cost effective resource utilization.
