Your Role at Husqvarna
This is a mobile, field-based technical role supporting professional equipment across your region. You’ll work closely with dealers and end customers, ensuring installations, servicing, and technical support are delivered to a high standard.
While you’ll be working with innovative and connected technologies, we’re looking for someone with strong transferable technical skills who is eager to learn, develop, and grow with us.
The territory covers East Anglia and the South East, including Peterborough, King’s Lynn, Cambridge, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Southend on Sea, Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford and Dover, together with the surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the territory will be required.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out site visits, installations, and commissioning of professional equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the field
- Deliver technical support and training to dealers and customers
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and handovers
- Provide aftercare support and ongoing customer guidance
- Work independently across your region, managing your own schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and feedback
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Proven experience in a field-based technical or service role
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Full UK driving license
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience in a range of technical backgrounds [Field service / engineering, Plant machinery / ground care / agricultural equipment, Electrical or mechanical service roles, Automotive, construction, or similar industries]
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with connected or GPS-based systems
- Background in ground care, turf, or outdoor equipment
- Previous experience delivering training or demonstrations
