Your Impact
Support the execution of Visual Merchandising and Maintenance across Central and Greater London to protect and elevate the luxury image of DIOR. This is a hands-on, active field role requiring physical stamina, close collaboration with store teams, and an uncompromising commitment to brand excellence with the client at the heart of every decision.
Position
Main Responsibilities
- Implement Visual Merchandising launches across all Dior points of sale in Central and Greater London with an active, hands-on approach.
- Manage suppliers to correct the snagging of incorrect Visuals during launches.
- Manage the ‘SimpliField’ app administration, ensuring all doors complete Launch Checklists promptly and accurately with back-end data.
- Manage head office stock cupboard inventory and coordinate spare VM décor.
- Master brand guidelines and point-of-sale materials to ensure flawless standard accuracy across all Central and Greater London doors.

Essential Skills
- Physical Stamina & Mobility — Capacity to handle frequent travel between retail locations and sustained physical activity.
- Manual Handling & Dexterity — Ability to safely lift, carry, and manage heavy boxes and fragile stock inventory.
- Operational Agility — Readiness for a dynamic retail environment requiring active on-site movement and physical engagement.
