What you'll do

This is an exciting role delivering visual coaching and upskilling across store teams across 2 regions in Scotland. Supporting the Visual Lead, enabling store teams to deliver an inspirational, improved and consistent visual customer journey instore which inspires our customers to shop and buy more often

  • Support store colleagues to deliver the store KPI’s and retail plan by driving visual expertise and high standards of Visual implementation
  • Help our store teams deliver outstanding visual standards, inspiring customer experiences and consistent commercial impact across multiple regions.
  • Coach and support store teams to deliver best-in-class visual merchandising, styling, windows, POS and seasonal launches.
  • Build capability across all visual skills, including space, architecture, equipment handling and customer journey standards.
  • Support stores with and without Visual Leadership, helping teams plan, adapt and execute confidently in different environments.
  • Develop great visual talent, support succession and strengthen the capability of Store Visual Customer Assistants.
  • Partner with Academies, Visual Leads and regional teams to share best practice and raise standards across surrounding stores.
  • Use customer feedback, market trends and competitor insight to provide clear, practical feedback that improves store performance.
  • Embed change with confidence, supporting colleagues through new ways of working, digital tools and leadership behaviours.
  • Collaborate across the business to deliver the Retail Plan, improve KPI performance and create lasting commercial impact.

Who you are

  • A visual merchandising expert with strong styling knowledge across business units, from windows to mannequin usage.
  • Confident coaching store teams and helping others build the skills to deliver excellent visual implementation.
  • Commercially aware, using data, customer insight and market trends to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • A strong communicator and active listener who can influence, inspire and share best practice at all levels.
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations, priorities and store environments.
  • Digitally confident, with a good understanding of systems, standards and legal requirements across stores.
  • A collaborative relationship-builder who can lead through change with a positive, growth-focused mindset.
