Fieldview Administrator
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £4,700 Travel Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
A leading residential developer is seeking a Fieldview Administrator to support multiple live projects across the London region. This role will focus on the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of the Fieldview system, ensuring smooth delivery of QA, inspections, and defect management processes on site.
The Role
- Administer and manage the Fieldview platform across multiple projects
- Configure forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Manage drawing uploads, revisions, and calibration
- Support site teams with system use, troubleshooting, and training
- Monitor QA processes, inspections, and defect close-out
- Ensure accurate reporting and audit-ready documentation

About You
- Proven experience using and administering Fieldview
- Strong understanding of QA, inspections, and snagging processes
- Experience with drawing calibration and document control
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Background in residential construction or development preferred
