J's Sports Agent Consultancy (JSAC)
J's Sports Agent Consultancy (JSAC) is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial FIFA-licensed Football Agent to take ownership of and lead the football agency side of our business.
Established four years ago, JSAC supports footballers with career planning, mentoring, player development, social media branding and representation.
We're now looking for the right person to build and run the football agency operation, developing our player portfolio, relationships with clubs and wider football network.
This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want to represent a handful of players, but wants to build something of their own within an established sports brand.
The Role
As Football Agency Lead, you will have significant autonomy and responsibility for developing the football agency side of JSAC.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and recruiting suitable players
- Building and managing relationships with players and their families
- Developing relationships with clubs, scouts and other football industry contacts
- Managing and developing your player portfolio
- Identifying opportunities and suitable pathways for represented players
- Supporting contract negotiations and player moves
- Driving recruitment and business development
- Developing the JSAC football network both in the UK and internationally
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day development and growth of the football agency operation

What we're looking for
- Current FIFA Football Agent licence
- Experience within football, ideally with existing player, club or industry relationships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and confident in business development
- A genuine interest in player development and long-term careers
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build rather than simply maintain
- Professional, trustworthy and able to handle confidential client information

Existing relationships within professional, semi-professional or grassroots football would be advantageous.
International football experience/network would also be advantageous.
The Opportunity
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary/basic wage.
You will have the opportunity to earn through the business and players you develop, with the potential to build a significant income as the JSAC football operation grows.
You'll have the backing of an established JSAC brand, existing sports network and growing digital presence, while having the freedom to take ownership of the football agency side and make it your own.
We're looking for someone who sees this as a long-term opportunity to build a football agency operation, not a short-term position.
