A leading investment bank with a market-leading franchise across the FIG sector is hiring at the Senior Analyst to Senior Associate/Junior VP levels. The firm advises on high-profile M&A and strategic transactions across the FS space, working with a premier client base alongside a senior deal team drawn from the top of the market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced FIG M&A Analysts and Senior Associates/Junior VPs to step into a high-calibre, deal-intensive platform with genuine responsibility, deep sector specialism and a clear path to progression.

Who We're Looking For

This role is designed for candidates with prior FIG M&A experience gained at an investment bank or advisory firm. You will likely bring:

  • Demonstrable transaction experience within FIG M&A
  • Currently an Analyst or Associate at a FIG team within an Investment Bank or Advisory firm.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with sharp attention to detail
  • For Associates: proven ability to run workstreams, manage juniors and engage directly with clients
  • Excellent academics and a genuine commitment to a career in financial services advisory

The Role

You will be a core member of the deal team, contributing directly to live transaction execution and new business origination. Responsibilities scale with seniority and include:

  • Building and owning financial models, including valuation, returns, accretion/dilution and scenario analysis
  • Preparing client-facing materials such as pitch books, information memoranda and management presentations
  • Leading and coordinating workstreams across the transaction lifecycle, from origination through to completion
  • Managing due diligence processes and liaising directly with clients, advisers and counterparties
  • Conducting sector, company and market analysis to support live mandates and business development
  • (Associate level) Taking ownership of execution, mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for clients
