The successful candidate will handle digital filing responsibilities, organise documentation, update records, and assist with information requests. You will contribute to efficient workflows by ensuring files are accurate, secure, and easy to locate while supporting teams with reliable administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain electronic files and records.
  • Upload, label, and categorise documents accurately.
  • Retrieve documents and information when requested.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and databases.
  • Review files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support administrative teams with document management.
  • Track file updates and changes.
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential information.
  • Assist with record organisation projects.
  • Follow established filing procedures and standards.
