Summary
At Hilltop Honey, we’re a team of honey heads obsessed with quality. Every drop of our award-winning honey is crafted with care, passion, and precision, and our Production Operatives are at the heart of it all. We’re looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to help keep our hive running smoothly and our honey flowing golden and sweet.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys working as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for quality. Previous experience in food production is preferable but not essential – what matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Be competent and have safe working knowledge of line specific production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production operatives to ensure good production efficiencies and productivity.
- Work with a flexible approach to daily production information and customer and company requirements.
- To maintain company standards.
- Adhere to company requirements and procedures.

Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in operating machinery / automation or production environments is an advantage.
