About The Job

We currently have an opportunity for a Filling Operator position on HA Line.
The function of a Production Filling Operator is to maintain the production process, so work continues in a safe and productive manner and maintaining food safety and quality. These duties include staging materials for filler, recording production statistics, monitoring equipment operation; oversee the production line and record accurate information on a daily basis.

About You
You will be able to work using your own initiative, have the ability to prioritize and think ahead with strong communication skills and be able to solve technical and complex problems.
The Following Qualifications/skills Are Required
- GCSE standard or equivalent
- Be able to communicate in written and verbal English
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
- Have an awareness of food allergen & basic food hygiene
- Working knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office
- Be available and fit for shift work, including nights and weekends

About us
You will be joining a dynamic, winning team, with a keen focus on delivering in the safest way possible. You will be responsible for the safe operation and troubleshooting of the facility’s equipment and instruments. Close working relationships between the Filling Operator and other production functions are integral to the success of this role. You will become conversant with internal processes and structures such as IWS, MES and using SQCDME Key Performance Indicators as a measure of success.
