We are looking for highly organised and creatively driven Film Post Producers
We are looking for highly organised and creatively driven Film Post Producers to oversee the post-production process across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle projects.
This role sits at the intersection of production, creativity, and brand storytelling, ensuring that every project moves smoothly from edit through to final delivery while maintaining the highest visual and creative standards.
You will work closely with directors, editors, colourists, creative teams, and clients to shape polished final films and digital content for fashion campaigns, branded content, social platforms, and digital advertising.
The ideal candidate understands the pace, aesthetic expectations, and creative sensitivity required in fashion and lifestyle content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Post Management
- Manage the full post-production process from ingest to final delivery.
- Work closely with editors, colourists, VFX artists and creatives to maintain the visual tone and storytelling of fashion and lifestyle campaigns.
- Ensure edits, colour, sound, and finishing reflect the creative vision of the director and brand.
Client & Brand Collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the post-production phase.
- Manage feedback rounds with brands, agencies, and creative teams.
- Guide clients through edits, revisions, and approvals while protecting timelines and creative integrity.

Scheduling & Workflow
- Build and manage post-production schedules across multiple projects.
- Coordinate editors, assistant editors, colourists, sound designers, and motion/VFX artists.
- Manage edit suite bookings, grading sessions, and review sessions.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage post-production budgets and track costs.
- Book and coordinate freelance talent where needed.
- Ensure projects remain within budget without compromising creative quality.
Quality Control & Delivery
- Oversee final online, grade, sound mix, and mastering.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet technical and aesthetic standards.
- Manage asset delivery, archiving, and version control.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 3–6+ years experience in post production, ideally in fashion, advertising, or branded content.
- Strong understanding of the post-production pipeline from edit through finishing.
- Experience managing high-volume deliverables for digital and social platforms.
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills.
- Strong communication skills when working with creative teams and brand clients.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Desirable
- Experience working on fashion campaigns, luxury brands, or beauty content.
- Familiarity with post workflows using tools primarily, DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with short-form, social-first, and digital campaign content.
- Understanding of colour pipelines and finishing for high-end fashion visuals.
