ABOUT US: We’re a creative video production company in East London, with a team of 20 remarkably talented people who bring our branded projects to life.
We’ve created over 5,000 videos, in over 50 different countries, with everyone from start-ups to globally recognised retailers and icons such as RedBull, LEGO, Lululemon, TikTok, & Adobe. We specialise in creating digital-first, social-first content for brands, from TikTok videos to Netflix documentaries.

THE PERSON:
- Solid understanding of digital content creation, and up to date with the latest trends within the creative industries.
- Strong creative and technical storytelling skills, an interest in filmmaking, and a hunger to create some cool sh*t.
- A strong portfolio with a mix of content - long form, short form, social etc.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously, and prioritising appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Strong experience with camera operation & lighting setups; we mainly use RED cinema cameras and Sony.
- Knowledge of sound equipment and setup.
- Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro, Resolve, and new AI tools.
- A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).
- Driving licence - preferable but not a deal-breaker.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Liaising and working closely with various internal agency departments and external agencies or clients.
- Attending client meetings & edit sessions, when necessary.
- Routine briefings with the team to communicate new projects and developments.
- Equipment maintenance.
