Are you passionate about people, operations and building high-performing delivery networks?
We're looking for a Final Mile Resource Manager to play a key role in attracting, onboarding, engaging and retaining self-employed Owner Drivers across our South Evri Premium region.
This is a highly visible, field-based role where you'll work closely with depot managers, operational teams and Owner Drivers to ensure the network has the capacity and capability needed to deliver outstanding service. From recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, retention and performance support, you'll be at the centre of our final-mile success.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and delivering regional Owner Driver recruitment plans.
- Building sustainable recruitment pipelines to support depot requirements.
- Managing the onboarding journey from application through to operational readiness.
- Ensuring all drivers meet required compliance and governance standards.
- Acting as the primary regional contact for Owner Drivers.
- Leading engagement and retention initiatives to reduce churn and improve driver experience.
- Supporting depot teams with capacity planning and operational performance.
- Building strong partnerships with depot managers and regional operations teams.
- Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Travelling regularly across your region to support depots, drivers and recruitment activity.
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment, workforce planning, talent acquisition or driver resourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Logistics, transport, parcel delivery or field operations experience.
- A track record of delivering recruitment, retention or operational KPIs.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with both operational teams and self-employed Owner Drivers.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
