The Role
Our international online business is expanding rapidly, with over 90 localised websites serving customers around the world. To support this continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Accountant to join our Cash Accounting team.
As a Finance Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our international cash accounting operations. This is a broad role which encompasses a range of financial, operational and management duties. You'll be responsible for reconciling customer payments, cost of payments across multiple international entities, and maintaining strong audit and control procedures. Your contributions will support our financial stability and strategic growth.

What You Will Bring
- Team Leadership: Support and mentor a team of 2 part-qualified accountants
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting for costs and tenders across multiple countries and entities.
- Financial Controls: Maintain strong controls over debtor and cash movements.
- VAT Management: Oversee VAT records and ensure compliance with new projects and regulations.
- Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor daily cash inflows from global payment providers.
- Foreign Exchange Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage FX charges and risks.
- Audit Coordination: Work closely with external auditors to deliver efficient multi-entity audits.
- Relationship Management: Manage third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to contracts and service levels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners across the business.

What You Will Need
We’re looking for someone who combines technical accounting expertise with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with relevant experience.
- Adaptable and organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive self-starter, confident making decisions and driving process improvements.
- Strong communicator, able to explain complex issues clearly and build relationships across teams.
- Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This is an office-based role.
