Based in Cimanggis, Indonesia, you will support the Finance team by ensuring accurate administrative, accounting, and reporting activities. Working with internal team, you will help maintain efficient financial processes and support business operations. Reporting to the Finance Accounting & Tax Manager, this role offers excellent exposure to finance operations within a global organization.

Your Role Includes

  • Process and recording supplier invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting requirements
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Help with data collection, reporting, and documentation for tax, customs, and external audit activities
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinating purchasing activities to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting finance-related administrative processes
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Finance team

Your Professional Profile Includes

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experienced in managing multiple tasks
  • Have a good analytical and organizational skills
