Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a:
Finance Accounting Manager
Based in Colville.
You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international environment, supporting our development in UK.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the UK company, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, expense management, and monthly closing;
- Prepare UK company's financial statements and conduct financial data analysis, and complete financial reporting in accordance with Group requirements;
- Responsible for UK VAT, corporation tax, and other tax-related matters, and coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors to complete tax filings and ensure tax compliance;
- Manage the UK company's treasury activities, including bank accounts, payments and receipts, cash flow management, and cash flow forecasting;
- Manage accounts receivable, including following up on customer payments, credit limits, and overdue receivables;
- Coordinate financial matters between the UK company and other European entities within the Group, including cross-border transactions, related-party transactions, and intercompany reconciliations;
- Establish and improve financial processes and internal controls for the UK company;
- Support the Group and external auditors by preparing audit documentation and coordinating the resolution of issues identified during the audit process;
- Communicate with UK customers, banks, accounting firms, tax advisors, and other external parties as required by the business;
- Support the Group headquarters and European Marketing Center in ERP system implementation and other financial management and ad hoc projects.

Main Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance and Accounting;
- Speak fluent Chinese, Chinese can be work language.
- At least 5 years of professional finance/accounting experience;
- Strong knowledge of the UK accounting and tax environment, with hands-on experience in UK VAT filing;
- Strong general ledger and financial reporting skills, with the ability to independently complete monthly closing;
- Proficiency in SAP, with hands-on experience in SAP Finance/Accounting modules;
- Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills, with the ability to use English as a working language for day-to-day communication and communication with external parties;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Finance/accounting experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, television, retail, or related industries is preferred;
- Experience working for a multinational company or within a European business environment is preferred;
- Good command of Chinese.
What we offer:
- Annual Gross Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 GBP
- Annual Gross Bonus: 10%
