Job Description
As our company continues to grow, we are excited to create a new opportunity for a Finance Admin Assistant to join our small and friendly Finance team - This role will be Part-Time (30-32 hours per week) across 4 or 5 days per week. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone organised, enthusiastic, and eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

What you'll do
Accounts Support
- Assisting in the processing of sales & purchase invoices
- Handling general accounts administration and filing
- Providing day-to-day finance support as required
Admin
- Booking travel arrangements (hotels, flights, ferries etc)
- Managing vehicle-related administration
- Supporting the team with a range of general office tasks and administrative duties
Project Management System Support
- Learning and providing user support for our internal systems
- Entering and maintaining accurate project data
Qualifications
What you'll bring
We’re seeking a highly numerate and detail-oriented person with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but we also welcome applications from enthusiastic school leavers looking to start their career in finance and administration. You must have a Grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
