We’re looking for a Finance Admin Assistant to join our team and become an important part of keeping the financial side of the business running smoothly.
If you’re someone who loves being organised, has a great eye for detail and enjoys working with numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You don’t need to know everything from day one — what matters most is that you’re reliable, eager to learn and ready to get stuck in.
As our Finance Admin Assistant, you’ll support the wider finance team with the day-to-day administration that keeps everything accurate, organised and on track.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing invoices, receipts and financial documentation.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Matching invoices and payments and helping resolve any discrepancies.
- Supporting with bank reconciliations and financial records.
- Inputting and maintaining accurate financial data.
- Assisting with daily and monthly finance administration.
- Helping prepare reports and financial information when required.
- Processing expenses and checking supporting documentation.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Keeping finance files, records and paperwork accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with general finance administration.
- Helping ensure deadlines are met and everything is completed accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Reliable, proactive and able to manage their own workload.
- A clear and confident communicator.
- Comfortable asking questions and keen to learn.
- Able to work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
Previous experience in a finance or administration role would be great, but enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the right attitude are just as important.

A qualification or studying towards an AAT or similar finance qualification would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
