We’re looking for a Finance Admin Assistant to join our team and become an important part of keeping the financial side of the business running smoothly.

If you’re someone who loves being organised, has a great eye for detail and enjoys working with numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You don’t need to know everything from day one — what matters most is that you’re reliable, eager to learn and ready to get stuck in.

As our Finance Admin Assistant, you’ll support the wider finance team with the day-to-day administration that keeps everything accurate, organised and on track.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Processing invoices, receipts and financial documentation.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Matching invoices and payments and helping resolve any discrepancies.
  • Supporting with bank reconciliations and financial records.
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate financial data.
  • Assisting with daily and monthly finance administration.
  • Helping prepare reports and financial information when required.
  • Processing expenses and checking supporting documentation.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
  • Keeping finance files, records and paperwork accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with general finance administration.
  • Helping ensure deadlines are met and everything is completed accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Reliable, proactive and able to manage their own workload.
  • A clear and confident communicator.
  • Comfortable asking questions and keen to learn.
  • Able to work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • A positive team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

Previous experience in a finance or administration role would be great, but enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the right attitude are just as important.
