In this position you will have overall responsibility for the management of automotive contract account finance.
How you create impact
- Control of the FSL for automotive contracts.
- Control of all customer billing.
- Administration of all incoming purchase invoices – upload and logging.
- Control all elements of self billing requirements – liaising with all central finance and control tower teams.
- Assist Control tower department with management of customer information requirements.
- Management of KPI’s for all admin/finance aspects of contracts.
- Work with Manager to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Providing a support system for Managers in respect of Finance with Key accounts.
- Identify any anomalies within this task and highlight to Manager.
- Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Manager.

- Knowledge of the freight industry is an advantage as well as background in accounts.
- Be disciplined, self-motivated, and willing to take a hands-on approach.
- Have good communication skills.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Be able to manage your workload efficiently.
- Set and manage expectations appropriately.
