Role Summary
The purpose of this role is to oversee and execute all billing activities with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. The position is responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing records, processing invoices in a timely manner, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure all billing information is accurate and complete. By serving as the central point of contact for billing matters, the role supports smooth financial operations and contributes to the organization’s overall revenue integrity.

Skills/Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Liaise with the Contracts Administrator on a monthly basis to ensure all LSM projects are billed on time and according to contractual terms, email to customers/ upload on to portals.
- Raise VAT and proforma invoices for all quoted LSR activities in line with the approved LSR quotation process, email to customers/ upload on to portals.
- Coordinate with Service Administration team and issue callout billings when due.
- Set up and maintain Scheduled Billing Contracts on SAP.
- Maintain an up-to-date Scheduled Billing Contract Summary Register (Checklist Spreadsheet) in a common shared location.
- Perform reconciliation of maintenance billings to verify accuracy and completeness - Investigate and clear LSM Revenue Excess of Billings and Revenue Surplus.
