We're currently recruiting a dedicated Finance Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Tracking by site and by service line original bid costs vs actuals and detailing whether it is core or reactive variations and the reasons for it. This will involve analysis of workbook submissions
- Producing timely reports for the client as and when required
- Tracking and creating change control forms for changes in core services and understanding what ad hoc services have taken place that should be a core contract cost
- Ensure workbook and associated invoices are raised in a timely manner
- Interface with 14forty & the client to ensure all accounting practices are followed
- Build monthly MI and enhance quality of data/reporting
- Provide the client's Property Team with the financial information they need to help them monitor their financial performance against targets
- Routine checking & analysis of data each month
- Continuous improvement within financial processes

About You
- Experience with budgets, financial reporting, accounting software
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports and budgets
- Work effectively and collaboratively with contract team
- Build relationships with other key central departments as well as close working relationship with the Client's Team is key to success in this role
- High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically
- Pro-active approach
- Ability to analyse and evaluate information
- Self motivated with an ability to effectively plan and organise own work
- Ability to take on a broad spectrum of work under pressure and to deliver in agreed timescales
- Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Flexibility to travel to operational sites
- IT literate
