Position: FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT
Salary: £28,500
Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time)

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator within the Income Administration team of the Finance department based at the Head Office in St Mellons, Cardiff.
Working as part of a small team, and reporting to the Finance Administration Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out day to day processing of service user and care fee information.
- Monitoring outstanding care fees as they relate to residents funding their own care.
- Being a point of contact for home managers, service users and their relatives responding to any queries raised.
Given the nature of the role this position will be primarily based at the Head Office in St Mellons.
Experience And Skills
You will need:
- Experience of working in an office support or administration role preferably with an emphasis on the processing of financial transactions.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the care home sector would be beneficial but not essential.
