Role Description
The Finance Administrator role at Everything Digital begins as a part-time hybrid position based in Leeds, with the flexibility to work from home. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end reporting. The Finance Administrator will assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, monitor cash flow, and help maintain accurate financial records and documentation. This position will also support the preparation of financial reports for internal stakeholders, liaise with external accountants or auditors, and ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures. Collaboration with the wider team will be essential to provide clear financial information that supports effective decision-making.

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in managing day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess sound Financial Planning abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and supporting cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with accounting software, solid proficiency in Excel, and a good understanding of basic financial regulations.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid working environment.
- A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., AAT, degree, or equivalent experience) would be beneficial, as would prior experience in an agency or fast-paced commercial setting.
