Invoicing Assistant
Our client, based in Cwmbran, is currently recruiting for an Invoicing Assistant on a 3 month temporary contract.
This is a full time position and is due to start as soon as next week so we are only able to consider candidates who are immediately available/one week notice. The hourly rate is c. £18 via an umbrella company and travel will be required to the office five days per week.
Duties
- Supporting the team through a backlog of repairs invoices (c.800 invoices) following a system implementation
- Dealing with utility bills and other relevant queries
- Providing ad hoc invoicing support as required
- Monitoring the inbox and ensuring invoices are raised accurately

Experience required
- Previous experience in a finance admin/invoicing position
Working hours
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
