Are you our next Finance Administrator?
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our small and supportive UK Finance & Admin team.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with people and numbers and demonstrate an excellent attention to detail. This role is extremely important in the smooth running of the day-to-day financial transactions whilst assisting the UK Finance team with month-end activities and reporting. The role requires collaboration with all disciplines of the organisation, including customer service, sales, purchasing, operations and other group finance staff.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, UK.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, invoices and expenses
- Perform account reconciliations and support accurate financial records
- Support month-end activities and financial reporting
- Provide finance administration and system support across the business
- Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and across the wider Breas Group

About you
You are organised, dependable and comfortable working with numbers. With strong attention to detail, you take pride in completing your work accurately and on time.
You communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. At the same time, you are confident working independently, taking initiative and managing several tasks at once. You remain calm and focused when deadlines are tight and understand the importance of handling financial and confidential information with integrity.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following experience and skills:
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive and professional approach
- A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
- Experience using the JD Edwards ERP system is desirable
