About the role
Join a team where your attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly really matter.
In this role, you’ll help manage the movement of client funds, making sure information is recorded correctly and processes run as they should. You’ll support residents and clients with their queries, prepare reconciliations and reports, and contribute to month‑end activity that keeps the wider business on track. You don’t need to be a finance expert, what matters most is your ability to follow processes, stay organised and work well with others.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Processing receipts from residents
- Processing payments to clients
- Producing offset reports, account reconciliations, client fund reconciliations
- Supporting with management of client and resident queries
- Processing refund requests through multiple platforms, ensuring all accounting records are accurate
- Generating sales invoices for metering, billing and reporting services, and for additional services
- Input to the finance month end process
- Analysis of billing data and production of reports for metering and billing, and adhoc activity
- Cover for colleagues within the finance team where required

Working hours and location:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
- Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD)

- Salary: £26,328 per annum.
