Billings Administrator
Chalk Hill Group are working with a well-established professional services business to recruit a Billings Administrator to join their London-based Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the monthly billing process, including raising and reviewing invoices.
- Producing fee forecasts and projections.
- Monitoring WIP, project budgets and profitability.
- Preparing project financial analysis and monthly reporting.
- Investigating and resolving billing and financial discrepancies.
- Working closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are billed accurately and on time.
- Supporting management accounts and audit processes.
- Helping improve project financial processes and systems.

Requirements
- Billing and WIP experience desirable.
- Good Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of VAT and billing compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
What's on Offer?
- Salary: £35,000–£41,000
- Location: London (2 days a week in London, 1 day a week in Winchester)
- Hybrid working: Available after 6-month probation
