The Role
As Finance Administrator, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our Finance function. From raising invoices and reconciling accounts to resolving customer queries and supporting credit control, you’ll help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Running credit checks for new and existing customers
- Completing daily credit checks for run sheets
- Handling and resolving customer account queries
- Managing the self-billing process for specific customers
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
- Assisting with credit control and the collection of outstanding third-party debt
- Reviewing and issuing customer statements
- Providing administrative support to the wider Finance team and business

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be comfortable working with numbers, highly organised and able to manage a varied workload accurately. We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong organisational and numerical skills
- An analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Good Excel skills – essential
- Previous experience working within a Finance team
- AAT Level 3 – desirable, but not essential
- Sage 200 experience – beneficial, but not essential
