As a Finance Administrator
As a Finance Administrator, you'll handle day-to-day financial tasks to keep things running smoothly. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a not-for-profit setting and wants to make a real difference.
Client Details
This organisation operates within the not-for-profit sector.
Description
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update financial records and systems.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve payment queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required.

Profile
A Successful Finance Administrator Should Have
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- An understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members and suppliers.
