Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Pangbourne, Berkshire, RG8 7QR (On-site)
Duration: 21 September 2026 to 31 December 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Model: 100% On-site (No hybrid or remote working)

Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to support finance operations at BP Castrol's Pangbourne site. Reporting to the UK Finance Lead, you will manage procurement, invoicing, financial reporting, budgeting support, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with client financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Process invoices, goods receipting, payment requests, and supplier reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with site teams, suppliers, and finance stakeholders.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and resolve finance-related queries.
  • Ensure finance KPIs and client compliance requirements are met.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong finance administration experience with P2P and procurement processes.
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous Finance Administrator / Accounts / Procurement support experience
  • Strong knowledge of PO management and invoice processing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Able to commute to Pangbourne daily (no remote/hybrid option)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
