Location: Lincoln (Office Based)

Salary: A GBP 32,000 per annum

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full time

We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join an established business in a varied and evolving position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable turning their hand to different tasks and wants to become a valued, long-term member of a supportive team.

This isn't a role where every day will look the same. While finance and administration will form an important part of the position, you will also gain exposure to a range of office-based functions, providing support wherever it is needed across the business.

Full training will be provided across different areas, making this a great opportunity for someone who is keen to broaden their knowledge and develop their responsibilities over time.

The Role

Working as part of the office support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and supporting purchase ledger activities
  • Assisting with payroll and wages administration
  • Supporting import and export administration
  • Providing general finance and accounts administration
  • Assisting with invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Providing reception and general administrative cover when required
  • Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
  • Supporting colleagues across different office-based functions
  • Learning different processes to provide effective cover across the team
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience develops
  • Helping with general administrative tasks and responding to changing business priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
