Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of an organisation in Coatbridge who are looking for an organised, reliable and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our team in Coatbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive working environment.
The Role
As Finance Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance function, helping to ensure that financial processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling invoices, statements and transactions
- Processing payments and supporting cash-flow administration
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
- Responding to finance-related queries from customers and suppliers
- General finance and administrative duties as required
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure financial information is accurate and up to date

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a finance, accounts or administrative role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with figures and financial information
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A strong communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with accounting software would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
What’s On Offer:
- £28,000 – £30,000 salary
- Office-based role in Coatbridge
