Job Description
This is a high-impact role with ownership of the Ireland entity (c.23 employees and growing), where you will act as the key finance partner, responsible for accurate financial reporting, controls, and forecasting.
Working as part of the wider North West Europe team (UK, Ireland & Israel), you’ll also have the opportunity to support broader regional activities during quieter periods, particularly mid-month.
This role offers strong exposure across reporting, controls, and business partnering, within a business undergoing transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of financial reporting for the Ireland entity, including month-end close, reconciliations, and submission into the group consolidation system
- Revenue recognition and accounting for complex contracts
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reporting
- Responsibility for banking activities, payments, and cash management
- Coordination of payroll activities and local compliance requirements
- Support statutory accounts, tax submissions, and external audit processes
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls in line with group policy
- Partner with operational teams across Ireland and the wider NW Europe region
- Provide support to UK finance activities and transformation initiatives where required

Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
- Solid ledger experience and understanding of end-to-end finance processes
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of an entity
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle HFM
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 & 9
- Experience with consolidation or reporting systems
