It has an adviser and customer offering spanning financial advice, investment platforms, multi-asset investment solutions, and discretionary fund management. The business is comprised of two segments: Affluent and High Net Worth.
Affluent encompasses the financial advice network and national, Quilter's investment platform and multi-asset solutions, and Quilter Invest, the digital savings and investment app.
High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management and financial planning business, Quilter Cheviot.

About The Role

As an Analyst, you will be adept at the provision of a combination of soft skills, knowledge of business, system thinking, business analysis, change management techniques, awareness of business changes in the economic environment, and technology. A key element of the role is providing high-quality analytical insight to drive decision-making.

- Production of the monthly accounts for the review of the Business Partner.
- Engagement with stakeholder(s) to manage the cost base and be involved in the planning and forecasting cycles.
- Development and improvement of business/financial processes.
- Collaborating with the wider finance team to ensure financial reporting, systems, and processes are completed as per timetable and reflect the expense position correctly with commentary to aid understanding where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to share best practice and standards, and you will engage with the provision of information for external auditors.
- Work closely with the Business Partner to provide high-quality analysis, insight, and decision support.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes, governance, and supporting technologies.
- Experience in an analytical Finance role within Financial Services; Big 4 audit experience is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong professionalism, credibility, and integrity.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Confident using systems, data, and technology to generate insights and inform decision-making.
- Skilled in data visualisation and presenting complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
