About The Role
The Lead Finance Analyst at Parkdean Resorts plays a pivotal role within the Finance Shared Services team, overseeing the production and quality of financial reporting, KPIs, and analytical insights. This leadership position involves managing a team of Finance Analysts, ensuring that all scheduled reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. The role requires developing innovative reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. The Lead Finance Analyst will champion process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data integrity. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting team development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives are core responsibilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence financial reporting standards and contribute to the company's overall business performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex data analysis and presentation skills
- Proven experience in team management (minimum 3 years)
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Proactive and adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services
- Oversee the reporting schedule, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are fulfilled
- Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support business performance
- Own and execute the team's continuous improvement roadmap, coordinating initiatives to high standards
- Support, mentor, and develop Finance Analysts to maximize team potential
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with evolving business needs
- Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses for senior management and internal teams
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing improvement within the team
