Finance Analyst - North West Europe

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Finance Analyst - North West Europe for our office in Maidenhead.

As Finance Analyst - NWE, you'll support our Commercial Finance team with reporting, analysis and day-to-day finance activities across the region.

You'll:

  • Prepare weekly Net Sales reporting and support in-month sales tracking across the UK and Ireland
  • Prepare Customer P&Ls and support Monthly Business Reviews
  • Produce sell-in vs sell-out reporting and support customer and promotional analysis
  • Support Gross-to-Net reporting, month-end accruals, budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain marketing, OPEX and customer reporting trackers
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) reporting against budgets and forecasts
  • Build and improve standardised Excel reporting tools, models and templates across North West Europe
  • Help ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and easy to use across different markets
  • Work with commercial and finance colleagues on ad-hoc analysis and data requests
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate repetitive processes using Excel, Power BI and other tools

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious and keen to build a career in commercial finance.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or another numerate discipline
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working collaboratively and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • An interest in developing your knowledge of Power BI, TPM and other finance systems

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience through an internship, placement year or junior finance/data role is an advantage, but it isn't essential.
