As a Finance Analyst in Didcot
You'll play a key role in managing financial data and ensuring accurate reporting. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting and finance department, helping the organisation make informed decisions.

Description
The Finance Analyst's responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on financial performance metrics.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.

Profile
A Successful Finance Analyst Should Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
