Role Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career finance professional to join a fast-paced team and gain exposure to the financial drivers of the business.

As one of our finance analysts, expect to spend your time digging into the numbers behind the business – building reports, supporting monthly financial close processes, and uncovering insights that help the business make better decisions.

The ideal candidate is a curious and detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with data and understanding the drivers behind business performance. They will be highly organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines, and motivated to build strong analytical and commercial finance skills while supporting stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports across key business areas and support the monthly board reporting process
  • Support trade analysis, communicating insights against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Challenge business assumptions with data-driven recommendations that improve profitability
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate sales, margin, and cost performance
  • Deliver accurate financial analysis to support Finance Business Partners and business decision-making
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Deliver month-end close activities, including preparation of accruals and correct cost recognition across cost centres

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (preferred)
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Interest in developing a career in commercial finance / finance business partnering
