Finance Analyst

The Company
The organisation provides a professional environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and strong stakeholder relationships are essential. The Finance Analyst will work with shareholders, investors, financial advisers, banking contacts, and depositary relationships, providing a varied role with significant responsibility across day-to-day finance administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shareholder transactions: Process weekly shareholder allotments, exits, and withdrawals, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Coordinate payment runs: Prepare and manage payment runs across several companies, including Averon and Blackmead, ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare investor reporting: Produce quarterly investor statements and biannual reports, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and delivered to agreed deadlines.
- Support investor requirements: Provide data for quarterly Independent Financial Adviser due diligence requests and respond efficiently to ad-hoc investor queries.
- Manage banking relationships: Support day-to-day banking management and maintain effective relationships with the organisation's depositary and other relevant financial stakeholders.

Skills & Attributes
- Finance administration experience: Previous experience within a finance administration or similar role, with the ability to undertake a broad range of financial and investor-related responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail: A meticulous approach to financial information and documentation, with a high level of accuracy essential when processing transactions and preparing reports.
- Excellent organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain regular processes, and consistently meet important deadlines.
- Strong communication skills: Confident and professional communicator, able to build effective relationships with investors, shareholders, advisers, banking contacts, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Excel capability: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to work efficiently with financial data and produce accurate information.
