About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team. This newly created position plays a critical role in enhancing the quality, accuracy, and impact of financial reporting across the organization. As a Lead Finance Analyst, you will oversee the production of scheduled reports, develop innovative reporting frameworks, and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency. You will lead a team of Finance Analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial insights that support decision-making at all levels of the business.

Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to present complex data clearly
- Proven experience in team management (minimum 3 years)
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work proactively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services
- Oversee the reporting schedule to ensure timely and accurate delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to inform business performance
- Manage and execute the team's continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring high standards and effective coordination
- Support, coach, and develop Finance Analysts to maximize team potential
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align reporting with evolving business needs
- Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses for senior management and internal teams
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
