Overview

Reports to the Commercial Finance Manager

Assisting the full commercial finance team with the wider reporting function

Maintaining strong relationships with all account teams across the agency and acting as a first point of contact on billing queries

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on revenue forecasting by ensuring agency has all relevant documentation to recognise revenue across all clients – i.e. approved scopes of work, client purchase orders
  • Support commercial finance team with revenue related queries
  • Maintenance of PO and billing tracker, acting as first point of contact with the AR team on queries, rejected invoices and ensuring all billing invoiced and approved in a timely manner
  • Provide account teams with project reconciliations, including analysing variances between recognised and billed revenue
  • Provide relevant business units with timesheet reporting and analysis
  • Responsible for WIP management, including liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensuring project billing is correct and monthly project expenses are invoiced in a timely manner
  • Assist with the management of accrued and deferred revenue
  • Assist with resolving discrepancies with billing queries and raising concerns for escalation
  • Assist with resolving discrepancies with AP queries and raising concerns for escalation
  • Supporting on audits
  • Any other ad hoc tasks
