Your new company
I am currently working with a growing property investment and development business that is seeking a Finance Analyst to support its continued expansion. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential and commercial assets, the company has established a strong presence in the market and is entering an exciting phase of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will be:
- Producing financial analysis and performance reporting across the property portfolio.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes.
- Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities, acquisitions and developments.
- Partnering with asset management and property teams to provide commercial insights.
- Analysing rental income, service charge performance and occupancy trends.
- Preparing cash flow forecasts and monitoring portfolio liquidity.
- Supporting month-end reporting, variance analysis and board reporting packs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and financial systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountant role. Experience within property, real estate or construction. You will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities and the confidence to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Experience with financial modelling and business partnering is highly desirable.
