About The Team
This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to join the FP&A team and gain broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering and strategic finance projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide analysis and insight that supports decision-making, business planning and performance management across the firm.
You will also contribute to finance transformation initiatives, reporting enhancements and process improvements, developing strong commercial finance and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About The Role
You will support the Finance Business Partnering team and work closely with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful insight into business performance. The role involves delivering robust financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision making, while also supporting month-end reporting with a particular focus on income recognition and cost reporting. You will play a key role in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to provide reliable and insightful financial information. In addition, you will contribute to strategic and operational finance projects, including reporting enhancements, systems developments, and commercial initiatives. The role will involve identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting, helping to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function. You will also support the development of management information and reporting tools to enhance business understanding and performance management, while building strong working relationships across Finance and the wider business to enable collaborative decision-making and effective problem solving.

What We Are Looking For
- Recently qualified accountant looking to broaden their experience within a commercial finance environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Natural curiosity and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify issues and opportunities through thoughtful analysis and informed judgement.
- A proactive and resilient approach, demonstrating ownership, persistence and a determination to see tasks through to completion while finding practical solutions to challenges.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify better ways of working.
- Strong Excel skills are essential; experience of Power BI and Anaplan would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Finance and the wider business.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
