Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Analyst to make a meaningful impact and be part of a dynamic team. Join us in shaping the magic behind the scenes!
Reporting into our Finance Manager and supporting the Content Sales team, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing our Content Licensing P&L, whilst acting as a business partner to senior leadership and the broader team to create the revenue forecast and model deals across multiple markets and clients.
As a Finance Analyst within Content Sales, the individual will also be crucial in consolidating our regional roll-up of our EMEA markets, providing submissions to central planning and Burbank along with owning the Studio Ultimates process.
Please note: This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Aid the Regional consolidation of all analysis, reporting and presentations for the Quarterly Forecast, AOP and 5YP processes for Content Sales EMEA
- Prepare all necessary analysis, reporting and presentations for the Quarterly Forecast, AOP and 5YP processes for regionally managed territories
- Coordinate with Accounting and Controllership to support the Quarterly Close process
- Work closely with and provide guidance and support to all EMEA territory Finance teams.
- Provide financial and commercial support to the Content Sales sales team on deal renewals and other sales activity
- Support the Finance Manager on any Content Sales ultimates processes and deliverables to the Burbank (US) Finance team and support Content Valuation exercises for EMEA
- Support the Content Sales Finance Manager and Director with any ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling, reporting and presentations as required
- Support a ‘one team’ approach within EMEA finance. Build a network amongst the finance leadership community across lines of business and markets, sharing resources, knowledge and best practice
- Adopt a flexible approach to provide ad hoc finance support to the finance leadership across all Media lines of business

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree Qualified and ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, experience of working in a similar role within the Media sector preferable
- Experience working with financial IT systems, experience working with SAP/BW and Cognos Reporting and excellent proven Excel skills
- Experience of working with and providing financial support to operational and commercial teams
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to produce clear and insightful presentations that deliver key messaging at the appropriate level of detail
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Template creation and consolidation
- Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and resolve problems
- Results focused and outcome driven
